After your workout you may like to relax a while in our sauna. Use of the Fitness room and Sauna and small heated plunge pool are free for all Chateau Tongariro guests to enjoy.
Cinema Our in-house cinema seats 60 people and shows three popular recent-release movies every day - at 6pm, 8pm and at 10pm. The daily 6 o'clock showing is always a family movie that the kids are bound to love.  The Chateau Cinema is free for all guests to enjoy.
Petanque/Boules Boules are available also at reception for a languid game of Petanque. Our playing pitch is located in the gardens at Fergusson's Caf, the beautifully-restored historic building just 50 metres from the main hotel. Order yourself a delicious lunch, a nice cool drink and then aim for that Cochonnet!
Tennis Improve your backhand or just head out for 'hits for laughs' on our Tennis Court. Located just 100 metres from the main hotel building, tennis is free for all guests to enjoy. Racquets and balls are available at reception.
